The best Amazon Prime Day Deals of 2025: Our editors’ top picks are up to 70% off

We're covering Amazon Prime Day in realtime, bringing you the only deals worth shopping.

Britt Ross, Senior Deals Writer
Updated

Amazon Prime Day is officially upon us, and you know what? It's proving that some follow-ups are worth the wait; think blockbuster sequels, extended editions or the rare TV reboot that actually delivers. And in the world of online shopping, few return events generate more buzz than this. In fact, Prime Day 2025 is shaping up to be far better than a rerun; it's more like a director's cut, with deals across more than 35 categories, including electronics, kitchen, beauty and clothing. This year's sale runs twice as long as usual, kicking off today (Tuesday, July 8) and running through Friday, July 11. You're looking at a full 96 hours of deals right there.

That's plenty of time to shop, you say. But keep in mind that deals will come and go throughout the event, and the very best bargains tend to sell out. Our advice? Scoop up the ones that catch your eye while you can. If you're feeling a little overwhelmed, that's understandable — there are thousands of deals to weed through, and not all of them are worth your time. That's what our team of shopping editors is here for; we spend all of our waking hours hunting down the real deals — not the ones with inflated original pricing or those products boasting the same "50% off" for the better part of a year. So here, we're bringing you the only Prime Day deals worth adding to your cart.

Best Amazon Prime Day deals: Rare sales

Home & Garden Writer Kristin Granero put this golden child — which rarely dips lower than its current price — to the test, dubbing it "best value cordless stick vacuum" of the many she tried. She says it "performed at the peak of our lowest price category, with a shiny frame and a brush cleaner head that has four light bulbs for added visibility. In testing, we referred to it as 'Tinker Bell' because it moved swiftly, yet gently and glowed like a fairy."

She adds, "It was easy to set up — three main parts, three clicks — and can be charged in the wall mount dock or plugged right into an outlet. It contains a HEPA filter for capturing 99.97% of pixie (er, dust) particles and features an LCD display that illuminates different colors to indicate charge level and motor speed. ... The Kenmore Elite offers 40 minutes of run time, which we found accurate and sufficient for tackling several rooms at a time ... For being so lightweight — only 6 pounds, with the handheld portion only 3 — the Kenmore Elite has the second biggest dust cup of the vacuums we tested, with a sophisticated release functionality similar to Dyson."

If thicker-looking tresses are what you're after, celebrities (and thousands of Amazon shoppers) rely on this top-rated trio. Formulated with nourishing ingredients that can help improve circulation while stimulating hair follicles, this set includes three months' worth of shampoo, conditioner and a scalp care and hair thickening treatment — all for the best price I've seen in months.

(Psst: Alyssa Milano is a fan of the brand.)

If you've been holding off on buying AirPods until there's a sale, consider this the time to pounce. At just $89, this pair is down to the best price I've seen. Now, they don't include active noise cancellation like these do, but if it's a high-quality, comfortable listening experience you're after, these earbuds more than deliver. With up to five hours of listening time per charge (and 30 hours of battery life via the charging case), you'll be able to enjoy music, podcasts, audiobooks and more with limited interruption.

If the thought of making ice cream at home is intimidating to you, these have your name on them. Really, they couldn't be easier to use — just make sure your mugs are frozen for at least 24 hours, then mix up your ice cream base (there's a recipe book included). Once your mugs are sufficiently chilled (you want them to be really cold), you'll add your base, turn 'em on and they'll start churning away. You can also add mix-ins of your choosing via the pour chutes while they're running, and in about 20 minutes, you'll have ice cream. Simple, right?

This duo rarely dips lower than this, so scoop 'em up for their lowest price in over a year.

Apple products are so sought after that they don't really need to go on sale, and when they do, it's often because they're older models. This is the latest version of this iPad, which makes the markdown — close to an all-time low — all the more impressive. According to Yahoo Senior Deals Writer Chris McGraw, who specializes in all things tech, "It's an ultra-light, thin tablet that's powerful enough to replace your laptop for most tasks but slips into your bag without a second thought. With a large 11-inch Liquid Retina display, you're swiping and scrolling in vibrant color and sharpness that makes any screen that came before feel like an old tube TV.

"If you've got a habit of toggling between a dozen apps, streaming videos and replying to messages at once, you're in for a treat. This iPad is ready to keep up with whatever you throw its way. And if you're into gaming, the graphics capabilities mean you can play even demanding games without dropping a frame."

If your less-than-glowing chompers could use some restoration, the folks at Crest say these bestselling strips can make teeth up to 19 shades whiter.

According to the brand, you're guaranteed to have a noticeably brighter smile in just a few steps (peel off a strip, apply it to your teeth and ... yeah, that's it). This sale drops the price to its lowest of 2025 — now that's something to say "cheese!" about.

There's a reason folks are gaga for the latest model of these top-rated earbuds — many reasons, in fact. For starters, they're down to their best price of all time; plus, they offer rich, crisp sound and superior noise cancellation, allowing you to enjoy music, podcasts, audiobooks and more without outside commotion getting in the way. This model lets you control the volume simply by swiping the stem, and you'll receive four pairs of silicone tips in different sizes for customized comfort.

Senior Tech Writer Rick Broida named these "best wireless earbuds overall," saying, "What you get here is even better ANC, a bump in battery life, extra-small ear tips for users with smaller ears and an adaptive-audio mode that adjusts noise-cancellation and transparency modes based on the sounds around you. Meanwhile, Apple's charging case now has a speaker (for use with Find My) and a USB-C port in place of Lightning (the better to match with the USB-C iPhone 15)."

Enjoying a warm breakfast on a busy morning has never been so easy, thanks to this contraption that'll make a bacon, egg and cheese without you having to wait at the drive-through. Just fill each tray with the essentials and any toppings you'd like, and it'll cook everything so that it's nice and melty by the time you've gotten dressed. This appliance doesn't go on sale very often, so grab it while you can save a few bucks.

Been dyin' to try a Dyson? Not all deals from this splurge-tastic brand get my attention, but this 36% markdown — a near-all-time low — sure did. This highly rated model is down to its best price in months and features a Max cleaning mode to spot-treat areas that need more attention. Got pets? The included hair-screw tool sucks up fur without getting tangled.

Granero also tested this vac, saying it's "among Dyson's more compact and budget-conscious Dyson models ... The vacuum maneuvers effortlessly over and around rugs and hardwood floors, and the hair screw tool worked miracles when it came to tight corners and detailing pet-loved couch interiors. ... We suggest it for smaller spaces with hardwood floors or shallow carpets and quicker jobs."

Best Amazon Prime Day: All-time low prices

And while we were already fans of the original version, I'm personally so excited about the newer 7-pound mini model. It tackles the same jobs as its larger sibling, only schlepping it around just got even easier.

This set comes with the Little Green, a 4-inch tough stain tool, a HydroRinse self-cleaning hose tool and a trial-size bottle of cleaning formula — and it's down to a record-low price.

According to Senior Tech Writer Rick Broida, "Open-ear headphones are all the rage, but they're usually not cheap: Prices typically start over $100 and rise from there.

"Behold the pleasant surprise that is the Baseus Bass BC1, a cuff-style open-ear headphone that I just started testing — but so far, so good. Comfy fit, decent sound, more bass than I expected and a price tag of just $23. Grab these before they jump back up to their already-pretty-amazing regular price of $40."

This is the very hand vac I use at home, and let me tell you — it's so much more powerful than its lightweight feel would imply. Is it bulkier than some of the other hand vacuums out there? Yes, but that's to be expected, given its industrial-strength performance. That said, it's portable enough to bring from room to room without it feeling like a workout, and that's all I can ask for. Well, that and an incredible price — and this one is a record low. Bonus: You don't have to purchase the battery and charger separately.

Prefer a smaller tablet over a bulky laptop? This one's currently down to its best price ever. McGraw says, "Think this is just a slightly larger version of your phone? Think again. With a 3:2 aspect ratio compared to the iPhone's 2:1, the iPad mini is much wider and, for those who use their tablets to read, can fit more text and feels more like a book or magazine in your hand. Speaking of fitting in your hand, it's much less cumbersome than the full-size iPad, making it great for travel or slipping into a backpack for your commute."

This might be the coolest (pun intended) gadget I've seen all year. No, misting devices are nothing new, but this one does triple duty as a pedestal and tabletop fan. It can be used indoors or outside, has up to an impressive 70-foot reach and can lower temps by as much as 12°. There are five speeds and two breeze modes to choose from, oscillating and tilting options ... in short, if you're looking to cool down this summer, you can't go wrong. Did I mention it just dipped to an all-time low price to boot?

Never fight with your family members over power outlets again. This electrifying gadget boasts five AC outlets and four USB ports, enough for everyone to charge their devices at once. Oh, and it's so much sleeker than having a power strip on your floor (and there's no way you'll trip over it).

No, it's not a massive discount, but this top-seller is down to an all-time low (and it's retailed for as much as $20 in the past).

It's hard to justify spending hundreds of dollars on an iPad when Amazon's 10-inch Fire HD tablet can be had for just $70. That's the lowest price on record for this model, by the way, and while it may lack some of the iPad's spit and polish, it can perform just about all the same tasks. Cute, comfy and oozing femininity, this gingham top-seller has smocking at the bust to create a distinct, flattering shape and adorable flirty ruffles around the neckline. It's been sitting in my virtual cart for a while, and now that it's just $30 (the lowest it's been all year), I'm finally clicking buy, since I don't think it will dip any lower this summer.

You'll never go wrong with the classic look of Hanes, and Yahoo readers and Amazon shoppers alike can't get enough of these supremely comfortable shorts. For nearly 200 years, Clarks has been producing shoes that prioritize comfort, and at nearly 50% off, this sandal is close to its lowest price of the year. (Prices vary by size and color.) And did I mention they are podiatrist-approved too? "Clarks offer a lot of support," board-certified podiatrist, Dr. Polina Zaydenberg, tells us. "Most of the shoes have wider toe boxes, which helps prevent bunions, hammertoes and neuromas." She also says Clarks are great for people with flat feet.

Why not swap the painful (and tedious) string floss for this oral-hygiene hero, which gently yet effectively uses a stream of water to dislodge anything trapped between your teeth? When you think of under-eye skin care that's actually effective, are you also envisioning large dollar signs? According to Senior Beauty Editor Jennifer Romolini, it doesn't cost a lot to give that area a glow-up. "If you're looking for a low-cost retinol treatment to help with dark pigmentation, this is for you," she says. "RoC is the premier name in over-the-counter retinol, and its eye cream is highly rated ... It's excellent for improving the appearance of both fine lines and dark circles, and it's dermatologist recommended too. I only wish it contained more antioxidant, nourishing ingredients. But for the price, it honestly cannot be beat."

Speaking of price, this is about as low as I've seen it in months.

Sunscreen is important year-round, but especially now, when we're spending more time outside and with more skin exposed. This one made it onto our list of the best SPFs for your face, and it's even approved by medical pros.

Thin, crepey skin sneaks up on us the older we get, and this cream — which I happen to be a fan of — was formulated to target just that. It's enriched with antioxidants, botanical ingredients and omega-fatty acids to help replenish skin's moisture for a firmer, plumper appearance. In a study conducted by the brand, 82% of participants said they noticed visible results on their arms and hands in two days. I have to say, it performs like a cream at least triple its price, so pick up a bottle while it'll set you back just $9.

Not only am I a fan of Ina Garten's approachable, homey recipes, I also love checking out her gorgeous kitchen and cookware. Some of her go-tos are admittedly out of my price range — Le Creuset, anyone? — but I was pleasantly surprised to discover this super-affordable skillet, a longtime favorite of mine, is also a staple in her kitchen.

Lodge has been in the cast iron business since 1896, so it knows a thing or two about crafting sturdy pieces designed to withstand practically any cooking environment. This skillet is no exception; it can be used on all cooktops, is oven-safe and can even be placed over a grill or open flame. Lodge pans are so durable, people often pass them down to younger generations. I've only had mine for about 10 years, but it works just as well as the day I got it, if not better. Not bad for just 20 bucks!

Another thing I love about this pan? It's made of iron and oil — no PFOAs or PTFEs, which gives me peace of mind about cooking without "forever chemicals." No wonder it's one of 12 pieces of cookware Garten links to on her website.

Speaking of Le Creuset, now is actually a fab time to score one of the brand's iconic Dutch ovens for less; it's down to its best price of 2025 in certain colors. Senior Home Writer Lisa Schweitzer swears by hers, so if you're willing to spend a bit more, she says it's definitely worth the investment.

"I have done just about every cooking task in this pot — boiling, braising, searing and sautéing," she says. "I'm not much of a bread baker, so I've never used it for that, but Le Creuset has many fans who believe it's the best Dutch oven for sourdough bread baking (though that's better done in a 4- to 5-quart round Dutch oven and not the 6.75-quart oval one). I chose the oval style to gain more cooking surface area for searing larger cuts of meat, and I stand by that choice. I can brown six to eight chicken thighs in this baby, so it's perfect for cooking for a crowd!"
