Lil Nas X is facing four felonies, including three courts of battery with injury on a police officer and an additional count of resisting arrest, according to TMZ.
The 26-year-old rapper was arrested in the early hours of Thursday, August 21st, after charging at police officers. At the time of the incident, he was wearing only underwear and cowboy boots, and he was subsequently taken to a hospital for a possible overdose.
Lil Nas X spent the weekend in jail and was arraigned on Monday, where he pleaded not guilty. He was released on $75,000 bail on the condition he would not own, use, or process illegal narcotics. He also must enroll in an outpatient program.
