LaBella’s career in front of the camera began at a young age. She made a memorable guest appearance as a child on Friends and has since taken on acting roles in shows such as American Horror Stories, CSI: Vegas, Quantum Leap, and After Lately, among others. Outside of film and television, she is also an athlete. LaBella previously competed as a gymnast, earning multiple California State Championship titles. She was also a Junior Olympian in track and field.

In her personal life, LaBella married director and screenwriter Alex Goyette in March 2022. The couple has also collaborated professionally on the television series Aliwood.

LaBella most recently made headlines after she filed a lawsuit against Kevin Costner on May 27, 2025. According to the complaint, LaBella, who was working as a stunt double for actress Ella Hunt on Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 2, was forced into performing a non-consensual and unplanned rape scene on set. The incident allegedly took place on May 2, 2023, in Utah.

According to LaBella, she was called in unexpectedly after Hunt declined to perform a newly added scene. Then, she was asked to perform the scene without explanation, rehearsal, or an intimacy coordinator, in violation of standard industry protocols.

Kevin Costner has denied the accusations through his attorney Marty Singer, who stated that LaBella did not raise any concerns.
